OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise, you may return your regular priced item(s) within 14 days of purchase date.
Love it! But need a different size, color or style? Please follow the instructions below for a return. Then you will need to go back to www.SISTERSALOHA.com and place a new order.
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
Return(s) must be accompanied by original packing slip. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition it was received.
WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN
The purchase of all sale or clearance items is final. We will not accept returns or replacements.
You will receive your refund usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.

Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return.
2) PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT
Choose any shipping method you like. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. With the items you’re returning, please include your original packaging slip which includes your order information, email address and phone number. 3) GET YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your shipment, we will inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Refunds are for merchandise values only and will be credited to the original form of payment. Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
